CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING LOCATED AT BARANGAY SAN RAFAEL, MANDURRIAO, ILOILO CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 15-343 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the Cornerstone Business Center, with a gross floor area of Seven Thousand Six Hundred Eighty (7,680) square meters, which stands on two parcels of land, located at Barangay San Rafael, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, with an aggregate area of Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty (2,430) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: HTcADC

A parcel of land (Lot 3171-B-2-F-2, Psd-06-070920, being a portion of Lot 3171-B-2-F, Psd-063022-028656), situated in District of Mandurriao, City of Iloilo, Island of Panay.

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 3171-B-2-D-2, Psd-06-036428 (Road Lot, 10.00 m. wide); on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 3171-B-2-F-1, of this subdivision survey; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 3171-B-2-F-4, along line 4-5 by Lot 3171-B-2-F-3, both of this subdivision survey; on the NE., along line 5-1 by Lot 3171-B-2-E, Psd-063022-028656.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 49 deg. 16' E., 795.38 m. from BLLM No. 1, Agonoa Cad. 8; thence:

N. 46 deg. 15' W., 31.00 m. to point 3;

N. 50 deg. 51' E., 5.75 m. to point 4;

beginning, containing an area of One Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Eight (1,188) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground as follows: point 1 by old point and the rest by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms.; bearings true, surveyed by Engr. Jose S. Manosa, Jr. on 3 April 2008 and approved on 17 June 2008.

Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 3171-B-2-F, Psd-06-063022-028656; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 3171-B-2-E-1; along line 4-5 by Lot 3171-B-2-E-2, both Psd-06-072955; on the NE., along line 5-6 by Lot 1 of this consolidation-subdivision survey; on the SE., along line 6-1 by Road (10.00 m. wide).

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 49 deg. 20' E., 828.62 m from BLLM No. 1, Agonoa Cad. 8; thence:
