CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED ALONG MACAPAGAL AVENUE CORNER PEARL DRIVE, CENTRAL BUSINESS PARK 1, BARANGAY 76, SAN RAFAEL, PASAY CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 15-088 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the Scape, with a gross floor area of 29,731.87 square meters, which stands on a parcel of land, located along Macapagal Avenue corner Pearl Drive, Central Business Park 1, Barangay 76, San Rafael, Pasay City, containing an area of Three Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Six (3,696) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 1-E

A parcel of land (Lot 1-E of the subdivision plan Psd-00-077567, being a portion of Lot 1, Pcs-00-009653, LRC Record No.), situated in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 1-D of the subdivision plan; on the NE., line 2-3 by Road Lot 1, (Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard); on the SE., along lines 3 to 9 by Road Lot 2; and on the SW., along line 9-1 by Lot 2, all of Pcs-00-009653.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, S. 03 deg. 09' W., 2862.81 m. from C.B.M. No. 2, Manila Cadastre 2; thence:

N. 82 deg. 28' E., 75.81 m. to point 2;

S. 10 deg. 16' E., 44.89 m. to point 3;

S. 09 deg. 46' E., 2.42 m. to point 4;

S. 02 deg. 43' W., 1.69 m. to point 5;

S. 26 deg. 43' W., 1.69 m. to point 6;

S. 51 deg. 30' W., 1.69 m. to point 7;

S. 78 deg. 38' W., 1.69 m. to point 8;

S. 87 deg. 54' W., 74.00 m. to point 9;

beginning, containing an area of Three Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Six (3,696) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cm.; except points 3 to 9 by Old PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cm.; Bearings: true; Date of original survey, 12-30 May 1975 — 01 March 1958; that of the subdivision survey, 28 November 2009 and approved on 15 December 2009.
