CREATING AND DESIGNATING CREATIVO I.T. CENTER A BUILDING WHICH SHALL STAND ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT MINDANAO AVENUE, CEBU BUSINESS PARK, CEBU CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 08-128 dated 28 February 2008 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Creativo I.T. Center as an Information Technology Center which shall stand on a parcel of land of the private domain located at Mindanao Avenue, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City, Province of Cebu, containing an area of One Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Eight (1,578) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: HcTEaA

"Lot 1, Block 20, Psd-07-021224

A parcel of land (Lot 1, Block 20 of the subdivision plan Psd-07-021224 being a portion of Lot 4, Pcs-07-001170), situated in the Barangay of Mabolo, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Road Lot 17; on the SW., NW., and NE., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12 by Road Lot 18, on the SE., along line 12-1 by Lot 2, Block 20, all of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan, being S. 49 deg. 49' W., 596.06 m. from Mon. No. 3, Banilad,

Arjona on October 21-November 8, 1988 and March 20-April 30, 1990 and was approved on September 7, 1990."
