CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING TO FORM PART OF THE EXISTING CEBU IT TOWER LOCATED AT LOT 6, BLOCK 2, BOHOL STREET, CEBU BUSINESS PARK, CEBU CITY AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916 otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 08-311 dated 26 June 2008, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, a building to form part of the existing Cebu IT Tower located at Lot 6, Block 2, Bohol Street, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City as Information Technology Center with an area of One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty (1,750) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical it description: SDAaTC

"TCT No. T-183327

A parcel of land (Lot 6, Block 2, of the subdivision plan, Psd-07-021224, being a portion of Lot 4, Pcs-07-001170), situated in the Barangay of Mabolo, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 5, Block 2; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 22; on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 7; and on the SE., along line 4-1 by Lot 9, both of Block 2, all of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1: on plan, being S. 78 deg. 25'W., 101.47 m. from Mon. No. 3, Banilad Estate.

thence N. 65 deg. 11' W., 35.00 m. to point 2;

thence N. 24 deg. 49' E., 50.00 m. to point 3;

thence S. 65 deg. 11' E., 35.00 m. to point 4;

beginning; containing an area of One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty (1,750) Square Meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15x60 cms. bearings true; dated of Original Survey, August 1906 — July 1907, and this survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Benedicto A. Arjona on October 21 — November 8, 1988 and March 20 — April 30, 1990 and was approved on September 7, 1990."
