DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON SEVERAL PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED IN BARANGAY ALANG-ALANG, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by the virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby designate a building with a gross floor area of 17,979.20 square meters, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (S. 2000) and Resolution No. 14-485 (S. 2014) of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, as an Information Technology Center to be known as The North Park, which stands on several parcels of land located at Barangay Alang-Alang, Mandaue City, Cebu containing an aggregate area of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Four (3,854) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

A parcel of land (Lot 2 [part of Lot 1, Pcs-07-006794 from TCT No. 111-2015004557] of the consolidated-subdivision plan, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 2290-A-2-A, Psd-07-097345, 1, 2, and 3, all of Pcs-07-006794), situated in the Barangay of Alang-Alang, City of Mandaue, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 2290-A-2-C (part of the existing U.N. Avenue Road) of the subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 2299; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 2294, HDA, MDA. II-5121 Amd. 2; and on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 2290-A-2-B of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being N. 41 deg. 38' E., 1860.95 m. from BLLM No. 1, Mandaue City;
