CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT H. CORTES STREET, BANILAD, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 12-695 (s. 2012) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the eNGY Tech Building, with a gross floor area of Five Thousand Seventy-Eight square meters and Seven square decimeters (5,078.07), which stands on a parcel of land located at H. Cortes Street, Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu, with an area of Three Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Six (3,236) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 53-C-1

A parcel of land (Lot 53-C-1 of the subdivision plan [LRC] Psd-184995 approved as a subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 53-C Psd-65035 LRC Record No. 4030), situated in the Barrio of Banilad, City of Mandaue, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the NE., points 2 to 3 by Lot 43-D, Psd-65035; on the SE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 170, 11-5121 Amd. 2 (Hacienda Mandaue Road); on the SW., points 4 to 1 by Lot 53-C-3 of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 54, 11-5121 Amd. 2 (Hacienda Mandaue).

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 68 deg. 12' E., 1,331.12 m. from Mon. 4, Banilad Estate; thence:

N. 11 deg. 32' E., 24.60 m. to point 2;

S. 73 deg. 19' E., 126.44 m. to point 3;

S. 13 deg. 17' W., 26.90 m. to point 4;

N. 72 deg. 15' W., 125.85 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of Three Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Six (3,236) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 2 and 3 by Old P.S. and the rest by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm.; bearings true; Date of original survey, September and October 1911, and that of the subdivision survey, executed by Espiritu Bunagan, Geodetic Engineer, on 14 July 1973.
