CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT A.S. FORTUNA CORNER P. REMEDIO STREET, BANILAD, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015) and Resolution No. 16-001 (s. 2016) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center to be known as The Space, with a gross floor area of Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Six Square Meters (14,676 m²), which stands on a parcel of land located at A.S. Fortuna corner P. Remedio Street, Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu, with an area of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Two Square Meters (3,922 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 347-B, Psd-07-085640

A parcel of land covered by TCT no. 111-2014002741 (Lot 347-B of the subdivision plan, Psd-07-085640, being a portion of Lot 347, HDA Mandaue, II-5121 Amd.), situated in the Barangay of Banilad, City of Mandaue, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 350; along line 2-3 by Lot 348; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 345, all HDA Mandaue, II-5121 Amd.; on the SW., along lines 4-5-6-7-8 by Lot 347-A; and on the NW., along line 8-1 by Lot 347-C (Road), both of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 41 deg. 40' E., 1,406.96 m. from Monument No. 4, Banilad Estate;

thence S. 64 deg. 59' E., 36.81 m. to point 2;

thence S. 66 deg. 35' E., 6.42 m. to point 3;

thence S. 25 deg. 33' W., 87.85 m. to point 4;

thence N. 67 deg. 02' W., 5.20 m. to point 5;

thence N. 66 deg. 05' W., 16.20 m. to point 6;

thence N. 64 deg. 44' W., 8.25 m. to point 7;

thence N. 64 deg. 22' W., 16.24 m. to point 8;

thence N. 27 deg. 17' E., 88.03 m. to the point of

beginning; containing an area of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Two Square Meters (3,922 m²), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 1, 2 and 3 by old PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm., and the rest by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 50 cm. Bearings: true; date of the Cadastral survey, September-October 1911, that of the amendment-subdivision survey 27 August 2009 and was approved on 22 June 2012.
