CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONG A.S. FORTUNA STREET, BANILAD, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), and subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and PEZA Board of Directors Resolution Nos. 16-475 (s. 2016) and 20-052 (s. 2020), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building with a gross floor area of Forty Nine Thousand Five Hundred square meters (49,500 m²), more or less, and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located along A.S. Fortuna Street, Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu, with an area of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy square meters (4,870 m²), more or less, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center) to be known as Oakridge I.T. Center Towers, as defined by the following technical description:

Portion of Lots 396-A, 396-B, 365-B, 364-B-1,

A parcel of land (portion of Lots 396-A, 396-B, 397, 364-B-2, 364-B-1 365-B, and Pcn-07-000168 of the subdivision plan), situated in the Barangay of Banilad, City of Mandaue, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the NE, along line 1-5 by Pcn-07-000168; on the SE, along line 5-9 by a portion of Lot 365-B; on the SW, along line 9-12 by portions of Lots 364-B-2 and 364-B-1, on the NE, along line 12-14-1 by portions of Lots 396-A, 396-B and 397.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being N 33 deg. 40' E, 1,467.97m. from Mon. 4 Banilad Estate;

thence S 73 deg. 50' E 8.22 m. to point 2;

beginning; containing an area of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy square meters (4,870 m²), more or less. All corners are P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15x40cms. Bearings: True; Date of consolidation-subdivision survey: 23 June 2017 and approved on 16 November 2017.
