CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND WHERE IT STANDS, LOCATED IN A.S. FORTUNA STREET CORNER SACRIS ROAD, BARANGAY BAKILID, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building with a gross floor area of Forty Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight and 17/100 square meters (40,328.17 m<²/span>), more or less, as an Information Technology Center to be known as the Orion Corporate Center, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 19-602 (s. 2019) as amended by Resolution No. 21-271 (s. 2021), and the parcel of land where the building stands, located in A.S. Fortuna Street corner Sacris Road, Barangay Bakilid, Mandaue City, Cebu, with an area of Five Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Six square meters (5,136 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 2-C-2

A parcel of land (Lot 2-C-2, of the subdivision plan Psd-07-069196, being a portion of Lot 2-C (LRC) Psd-142909, L.R.C. Record No. 1861), situated in Barangay Bakilid, City of Mandaue, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 2-C-1, Psd-07-069196; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 1, (LRC) Pcs-8546; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 2-C-3, Psd-069196; and on the NW., along line 4-5-1 by Lot 167, II-5121 Amd. (Hacienda Mandaue).

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being N. 74 deg. 14' E., 2,090.69 m. from Mon. 4, Banilad Estate:

thence S. 56 deg. 13' E., 36.73 m. to point 2;

thence S. 45 deg. 27' W., 108.25 m. to point 3;

thence N. 59 deg. 47' W., 57.47 m. to point 4;

thence N. 51 deg. 19' E., 32.55 m. to point 5;

thence N. 56 deg. 24' E., 85.08 m. to the point of

beginning; containing an area Five Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Six square meters (5,136 m²). All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by PS Cyl. Conc. mons., 15 x 60 cms., Bearings true; Date of original survey, September-October 1911 and that of the Sketch Plan 29 June 2018, and approved on 24 November 2018.
