CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 105 H. V. DE LA COSTA STREET, SALCEDO VILLAGE, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 07-111 dated 15 March 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Trafalgar Plaza as an Information Technology Center located at 105 H. V. de la Costa Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City, which stands on certain parcel of land of the private domain with an area of One Thousand One Hundred Eighty Eight (1,188) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: HTCESI

"Lot 26, Block 2

A parcel of land (Lot 26, Block 2 of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-6086, being a portion of Block B described on plan (LRC) Psd-5812, LRC (GLRO) Rec. No. 2029), situated in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., points 2 to 3 by Lot 31, Block 2 (creek 6.00 m. wide) of the subdivision plan; on the SE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 27, Block 2, of the subdivision plan; on the SW., points 4 to 5 by proposed road 17.00 m. wide (Block C (LRC) psd-5812); points 5 to 1 by Street Lot 2 (17.00 m. wide) of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 25, Block 2 of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan being S. 43 deg. 08 W'., 104.58 m. from BLLM 1, Mp. of Makati, Rizal.

beginning, containing an area of One Thousand One Hundred Eighty Eight (1,188) Square Meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Points 2 and 3 by nails, 6 inches long driven in the edge of the creek retaining wall, point 5 by Old PLS. cyl. conc. monc. 15x60 cm. and the rest by PLS cyl. conc. mons. 15x60 cms. bearings true; declination 0 deg. 37'E., date of the original survey, December 10, 1923-January 9, 1924 and that of the subdivision survey, August 20 to September 23, 1958."
