CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT PASONG TAMO EXTENSION, SAN LORENZO VILLAGE, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 14-484 (s. 2014), as amended by Resolution No. 14-671 (s. 2014) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the Wilcon IT Hub, with a gross floor area of Sixty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Five square meters and Fifty-Seven square decimeters (69,665.57), which stands on two (2) parcels of land, located at Pasong Tamo Extension, San Lorenzo Village, Makati City, with an aggregate land area of Seven Thousand One Hundred Three (7,103) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: SDAaTC

A parcel of land (Lot 1-A-1-B-2 of the subdivision plan, Psd-13-010216, being a portion of Lot 1-A-1-B, (LRC) Psd-24221, LRC Record No. 2029), situated in Barangay of San Lorenzo, Municipality (now City) of Makati, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2-3 by Street Lot 1, Psd-49428 (20.00 m. wide) Pasong Tamo Extension; on the NW., along 3-4 by Lot 1-A-2, (LRC) Psd-23931; on the NE., along line 4-5 by Lot 64-A-1-A-3, Psd-18252 (30.00 m. wide) National Power Corporation; and on the SE., along line 5-1 by Lot 1-A-1-B-1 of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 30 deg. 40W, 3203.12 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Municipality (now City) of Makati;
