CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS BA-LEPANTO BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT 8747 PASEO DE ROXAS, SALCEDO VILLAGE, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 04-311 dated 11 October 2004 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the BA-Lepanto Building as an Information Technology Center which stands on two parcels of land of the private domain located at 8747 Paseo de Roxas, Salcedo Village, Makati City, containing an aggregate area of Two Thousand Four Hundred (2,400) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: ADCTac

"Lot 6, Block 4

A parcel of land (Lot 6, Block 4 of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-6132, being a portion of Block C, of plan (LRC) Psd-5812, LRC (GLRO) Rec. No. 2029), situated in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal. Bounded on the NE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 5, Block 4, of the subdivision plan; on the SE., points 4 to 1 by Proposed Paseo de Roxas 35.00 m. wide (Block D, (LRC) Psd-5812); on the SW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 7, Block 4 of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., points 2 to 3 by Lot 20, Block 4 of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan, being S. 40 deg. 24'W., 1405.45 m. from BLLM 1, Mp. of Makati, Rizal.
