CREATING AND DESIGNATING METROPOLITAN TECHNOLOGICAL COMPLEX, LOCATED ALONG METROBANK AVENUE, METROPOLITAN PARK, CENTRAL BUSINESS PARK 1-A, SAN RAFAEL, PASAY CITY, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate the Metropolitan Technological Complex as Information Technology Park, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated December 29, 2000, as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 dated September 20, 2004, and Resolution No. 08-348 dated July 14, 2008, an area located along Metrobank Avenue, Metropolitan Park 1-A, San Rafael, Pasay City, consisting of FIFTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE (15,279) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: cHAIES

A parcel of land (Lot 2, of the Cons. Subd. plan, Pcs-00-009512, being a portion of Lots 1-11, 13-26, Road Lots 1-7, Psd-00-052560 & Lots 12-A, 12-B, 12-C, & 12-D, Psd-00-053730, L.R.C. Record No.), situated in the City of Pasay, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Road Lot 1; on the NW., along line 4-5 by Lot 3; on the NE., along lines 5-6-7 by Lot 29 (Channel); and on the SE., along line 7-1 by Lot 1, all of the Cons. Subd. plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 03 deg. 04'E., 2362.49 m. from CBM No. 2, Cad. 13, Manila Cadastre;
