CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT MERALCO AVENUE CORNER ST. PAUL ROAD, BARANGAY UGONG, PASIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 14-066 (s. 2014) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the Ayala Land Pasig Corporate Center, with a gross floor area of Ninety-Three Thousand and Seven Hundred Fifty (93,750) square meters, which stands on a parcel of land at Meralco Avenue corner St. Paul Road, Barangay Ugong, Pasig City, containing an area of Four Thousand Five Hundred (4,500) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Portion of Lot 1-B-1-A

A parcel of land (being a portion of Lot 1-B-1-A, [LRC] Psd-42918), situated in Barangay Ugong, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by portion of Lot 1-B-1-A; on the N., along line 2-3 by Lot 1-B-1-B, both of (LRC) Psd-42918; and on the E. and S., along lines 3-4-1 by Lot 1-B-2, (LRC) Psd-20919.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 57 deg. 58' E., 1503.90 m. from BLLM No. 1, Wack-Wack; thence:

N. 00 deg. 48' E., 94.74 m. to point 2;

S. 89 deg. 10' E., 47.54 m. to point 3;

S. 00 deg. 50' W., 94.74 m. to point 4;

N. 89 deg. 10' W., 47.47 m. to the point of

beginning, containing an area of Four Thousand Five Hundred (4,500) square meters, more or less. Date of original survey, 9 April 1920-21 February 1921 and that of the subdivision survey, 17-22 January 2011.
