CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT NO. 1 JULIA VARGAS AVENUE CORNER MERALCO AVENUE, BARANGAY UGONG, PASIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Board Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution 07-586 dated 17 December 2007, as amended by Resolution No. 08-567 dated 10 November 2008, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, a building as Information Technology Center located at No. 1 Julia Vargas Avenue Corner Meralco Avenue, Barangay Ugong, Pasig City, known as One Julia Vargas, which was constructed on a parcel of land of the private domain with an area of Three Thousand One Hundred Ninety and 57/100 (3,190.57) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: DTaAHS

A parcel of land, being a portion of Lot 5, (LRC) Pcs-14655 situated in the Barrio Ugong, City of Pasig.

Bounded on the N., points 2 and 3 by Lot 5, (LRC) Pcs-7728; on the E., points 3 and 4 by Lot 4-A, (LRC) Psd-196208; on the S., points 4 and 1 by Lot 4-B, (LRC) Psd-196208; on the W., points 1 and 2 by Lot 5, (LRC) Pcs-7728.
