PROCLAMATION NO. 1301

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED IN BARANGAY UNGKA II, MUNICIPALITY OF PAVIA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building with a gross floor area of Ninety-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight and 7/100 square meters (94,998.07 m²), more or less, and the parcel of land where the building stands, located in Barangay Ungka II, Municipality of Pavia, Province of Iloilo, as an Information Technology Center to be known as Cybergate Iloilo Towers, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-006 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 20-048 (s. 2020), with an area of Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Three square meters (8,723 m²), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 127-B-3-B-2

A parcel of land (Lot 127-B-3-B-2, Psd-06-098995, being a portion of Lot 127-B-3-B, Psd-06-017622, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 090-2013003776) situated in Barangay Ungka II, Municipality of Pavia, Province of Iloilo.

Bounded on the W., N., E., & S., along lines 1-2-3-4- by Lot 127-B-3-B-1 of this subdivision survey.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being S. 18 deg. 41' E., 1,096.41 m. from BBM No. 42, Cad. 20, Iloilo Cadastre:

thence N. 03 deg. 38' W., 143.01 m. to point 2;

thence N. 86 deg. 22' E., 61.00 m. to point 3;

thence S. 03 deg. 38' E., 143.00 m. to point 4;

thence S. 86 deg. 22' W., 60.99 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Three square meters (8,723 m²), more or less. Bearings True. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 1 to 4 by PS. Cyl. Conc. Mons, 15 x 40 cms.; The Subdivision Plan with Technical Description was prepared by Alpha Grace C. Panaguiton, based on a survey conducted on 07 February 2020, and was approved on 23 July 2021 by Meliton B. Solas, Chief Surveys and Mapping Division, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Technical Services, Regional Office IV.
