CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED ALONG GENERAL LUNA AVENUE, BARANGAY AMPID 1, SAN MATEO, RIZAL, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 15-179 (s. 2015), as amended, of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the SM City San Mateo IT Center, with a gross floor area of Seventy-Five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Three square meters and Forty square decimeters (75,623.40), which stands on several parcels of land, located along General Luna Avenue, Barangay Ampid 1, San Mateo, Rizal, with an aggregate area of Twenty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Eight (22,858) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 3 of the subdivision plan [LRC] Psd-35256, being a portion of the land described on plan Psu-171708, LRC Rec. No. 17529), situated in the Barangay of Ampid, Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal.
