CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT UP TOWN CENTER, KATIPUNAN AVENUE, BARANGAY UP CAMPUS, QUEZON CITY AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 16-038 (s. 2016) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the UP Town Corporate Center, with a gross floor area of Thirteen Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Seven (13,137) square meters, which stands on a parcel of land, located at UP Town Center, Katipunan Avenue, Barangay UP Campus, Quezon City, with an area of Seventy-Four Thousand (74,000) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Portion of Lot 42-C-12

A parcel of land (a portion of Lot 42-C-12, [LRC] Psd-174313) situated in the District of Diliman, City of Quezon, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NW., along lines 1-2-3 by the remaining portion of Lot 42-C-12; on the E., along lines 3-4-5-6-7 by Lot 42-C-5; and on the SE., & W., along lines 7-8-9-10-11-1 by the remaining portion of Lot 42-C-12, all of (LRC) Psd-174313.

Beginning at a point marked as "1" on plan, being N. 43 deg. 23' W., 3318.70 m. from BLLM #1, Mp of Marikina, Rizal.

All points referred on the plan are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15x40 cms; bearings true; date of original survey December 1910-June 1911 and that of the subdivision survey by Cristina M. Baldo on 23 November 2011.
