PROCLAMATION NO. 1195

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED ALONG MADRIGAL AVENUE, ALABANG TOWN CENTER, BARANGAY AYALA ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011) and 15-420 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 14-555 (s. 2014) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as ATC BPO 1, with a gross floor area of Twenty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Five square meters and Eighteen square decimeters (24,665.18), which stands on two parcels of land, located along Madrigal Avenue, Alabang Town Center, Barangay Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, with an area of Six Thousand One Hundred Seven (6,107) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

BPO Lot No. 1

A parcel of land (BPO Lot No. 1, being a portion of Lot No. 2, Pcs-007603-005129-D), situated in the Barangay of Alabang, Municipality (now City) of Muntinlupa, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SE., SW., along lines 1 to 5 by portion of Lot No. 2, Pcs-007603-005129-D; on the NW., along lines 5 to 6 by Lot No. 15 (Road), (LRC) Pcs-19276; and on the NE., along lines 6 to 7 by portion of Lot No. 3, Pcs-007603-005129-D.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 84 deg. 23'W., 642.12 m. from Mon. No. 33, Muntinlupa Estate; thence:
