CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONG NATIONAL ROAD, BARANGAY ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as the SouthPark Corporate Center, with a gross floor area of Eighty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Seven Square Meters (88,377 m²), more or less, and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located along National Road, Barangay Alabang, Muntinlupa City, with an area of Nineteen Thousand Three Hundred Eleven Square Meters (19,311 m²), more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 16-514 (s. 2016) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 014-2015001552 (LOT 7 of the Consolidation-Subdivision Plan Pcs-00-014475, being a portion of Lots 201-D, 201-E, 201-F, Swo-12225, Lots 191-A, 191-B, 191-C, (LRC) Psd-54390, Lots 1331-A, 1331-B, (LRC) Psd-112126, Lot 11-B-2 (LRC) Psd-96882, Lot 202-C, FIs-437-D & Lots 1327, 196, 1329 Muntinlupa Estate) situated in the Barangay of ALABANG, Municipality of MUNTINLUPA, Province of METRO MANILA, Island of LUZON.

Bounded on the NW., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Lot 8 (Road); on the NE., along line 4-5 by Lot 5; on the NE., along line 5-6 by Lot 20 (Road Widening) all of the Consolidation-Subdivision plan; on the SE., along lines 6-7-8-9 by Property of the Manila Philippine National Railroad; on the SE., along lines 9-10-11 by Lot 15 (Legal Easement); on the SE., along line 11-12 by Lot 14 (Open Space); on the SW., and SE., along lines 12-13-14-15-16-17 by Lot 15 (Legal Easement); and on the SW., along line 17-1 by Lot 18 (Road Widening) all of the Consolidation-Subdivision plan.
