PROCLAMATION NO. 1508

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS THE PARAGON CORPORATE CENTRE, LOCATED AT INDUSTRY STREET, MADRIGAL BUSINESS PARK, AYALA ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 06-410 dated 12 September 2006 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, known as THE PARAGON CORPORATE CENTRE as Information Technology Center which stands on Lot 6, located at Industry Street, Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, containing an area of One Thousand Seven Hundred Ten (1,710) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: DTAHSI

Lot 6

A parcel of land (as described on relocation survey plan, Rel-00-001208, being a relocation of Lot 6, Psd-00-035364, LRC Record No. 6137), situated in Barangay of Alabang, City of Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the S., along line 1-2 by Lot 5; on the W., along lines 2 to 6 by Lot 16 (Road Widening); on the NE., along line 6-7 by Lot 9; and on the E., along line 7-1 by Lot 10, all of Psd-00-035364.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 84 deg. 36'W., 1054.99 m. from Mon. No. 33, Muntinlupa Estate.

All points referred to are indicated on plan and marked on the ground by: PS cyl. conc. mons. 15x60 cm. bearings, grid; date of original survey, during 1907 (Muntinlupa Estate); that of the relocation survey, October 13, 2006; and approved on February 21, 2007.
