Converting the Sanga-Sanga - Patal Provincial Road in Bonga, Tawi-Tawi into a National Road

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10095
AN ACT CONVERTING THE SANGA-SANGA — PATAL PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONGAO, PROVINCE OF TAWI-TAWI INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Sanga-Sanga — Patal Provincial Road in the Municipality of Bongao, Province of Tawi-Tawi is hereby converted into a national road. TacADE
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
