REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10101
AN ACT CONVERTING THE UMUS MATAHA — TANDUAN — BOKI-PAWAN — LUPA-PULA PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAPUN, PROVINCE OF TAWI-TAWI INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Umus Mataha — Tanduan — Boki-Pawan — Lupa-Pula Provincial Road in the Municipality of Mapun, Province of Tawi-Tawi is hereby converted into a national road. aSCHIT
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
