Republic Act No. 10078, enacted on April 20, 2010, converts the Bato-Bato Lapid-Lapid Provincial Road in Panglima Sugala, Tawi-Tawi, into a national road. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways is tasked with issuing the necessary regulations for the implementation of this Act. The law will take effect 15 days after its publication in a widely circulated newspaper.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BATO-BATO — LAPID-LAPID PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANGLIMA SUGALA, PROVINCE OF TAWI-TAWI INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Bato-Bato — Lapid-Lapid Provincial Road in the Municipality of Panglima Sugala, Province of Tawi-Tawi is hereby converted into a national road. HSCAIT
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
