REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10030
AN ACT CONVERTING THE BAKONG-TUBIG INDANGAN-TONGGUSONG-TAMPAKAN PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIMUNUL, PROVINCE OF TAWI-TAWI INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Bakong-Tubig Indangan-Tonggusong-Tampakan Provincial Road in the Municipality of Simunul, Province of Tawi-Tawi is hereby converted into a national road.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
