AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 98 (S. 1963) BY SEGREGATING A CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY PURPOSES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF DAGUPAN, SITUATED IN BARANGAY BONUAN-BINLOC, CITY OF DAGUPAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 98 (s. 1963), which reserved several parcels of land of the public domain for parks and playground purposes, by segregating a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserving the same for WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY purposes of the City Government of Dagupan, subject to pertinent laws, rules and regulations, and private rights, if any there be, situated in Barangay Bonuan-Binloc, City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as:

Lot 2, Bcs-01-000184

A parcel of land (Lot 2, Bcs-1-000184, being a consolidation subdivision of Lot Nos. 9092-A and 9092-B, Bsd-4019), situated at Barangay Bonuan-Binloc, City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along lines 1 to 4 by Lingayen Gulf; on the NE along line 4-5 by Lot No. 3 of the consolidated subdivision plan; on the SE., along lines 5-6-7 by Lot No. 4 of the consolidation subdivision plan; on the SW., along line 7-1 by Lot No. 1 of the consolidation subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked '1' of Lot No. 2 on plan, being N., 68 deg., 45' W., 603.24 m. from MBM No. 2, Cad-217 Dagupan Cadastre, thence:

N. 51 deg. 25' E., 86.13 m. to point 2;

N. 51 deg. 42' E., 9.60 m. to point 3;

N. 50 deg. 50' E., 155.09 m. to point 4;

S. 37 deg. 07' E., 74.61 m. to point 5;

S. 49 deg. 38' W., 178.93 m. to point 6;

S. 49 deg. 38' W., 68.60 m. to point 7;

N. 39 deg. 38' W., 80.73 m. to point of

beginning. Containing an area of NINETEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE (19,261) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Points 2, 3 by Old PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cms., and the rest are PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 50 cms.; Bearings True; Date of consolidation subdivision survey on 08 October 2015 executed by Engr. Joel I. Eden and approved on 03 November 2015.

The Legal Easement should be respected on the ground pursuant to the Water Code of the Philippines. AaCTcI
