PROCLAMATION NO. 2109

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 367 DATED MAY 2, 1994 WHICH RESERVED A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN STA. ANA DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY AS OFFICE SITE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES, REGION XI, BY SEGREGATING A PORTION THEREOF AND RESERVING THE SAME AS OFFICE SITE FOR THE OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN-MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby segregate a portion of the land covered by Proclamation No. 367, s. 1994 for the DENR Regional Office Building, located in Sta. Ana District, City of Davao, containing an area of 2,085 square meters, and reserve ONE THOUSAND SQUARE METERS of its as the site for the OMB-Mindanao office building, more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND Lot 5012, K-7-(*New), A portion of Lot 5012, K-7, Plan SWO-11-000506) situated in Sta. Ana District, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the West, along lines 1-2-3 by De Guzman St.; On the North, along line 3-4 by 4th Avenue; On the East, along lines 4-5-6 by Fernandez St.; On the South, along line 6-1 by Lot 5012, K-7-B (New). Beginning at a point marked 1, Being N. 51 deg. 57 min. E., 6351.12 m. from BLLM No. 22, Cad 102, Davao Cadastre;

Beginning at appoint marked 1, Being N. 51 deg., 57 min. E., 6351.12 m. from BLLM No. 22, Cad 102, Davao Cadastre;
