AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1518 SERIES OF 2008 WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN BARRIO INDAHAG, CITY OF CAGAYAN DE ORO, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO FOR THE USE OF THE COURT OF APPEALS MINDANAO STATION, BY GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES-COURT OF APPEALS (RP-CA)

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 1518 series of 2008 which reserved certain parcels of land in Barrio Indahag, City of Cagayan de Oro, Province of Mindanao for the use of the Court of Appeals Mindanao Station, by granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-Court of Appeals (RP-CA), subject to private rights, if any there be and more particularly described as follows: ATcaHS

The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding Special Patent in the name of the Republic of the Philippines-Court of Appeals.
