AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 63 DATED AUGUST 6, 1925 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE BAGUIO GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION IN RES. SEC. "A", ENGINEER'S HILL, BAGUIO CITY BY SEGREGATING A PORTION THEREOF AND RESERVING THE SAME AS BUILDING SITE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (DPWH-CAR)

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby segregate from the operation of Proclamation No. 63, Series of 1925, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Residence Section "A", Engineer's Hill, Baguio City, Island of Luzon and reserving the same as Building Site for the Department of Public Works and Highways — Cordillera Administrative Region (DPWH-CAR), subject to the private rights, if there be any, covering the land which is more particularly described as follows: TcDIEH

A parcel of land (Lot A, Swo-CAR-131102-000368 Amd.), Rurban Code 131102, situated at Residence Section "A", Engineer's Hill, Baguio City, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW along line 1-2 by Session Road (30.00 m. wide); on the NW along line 2-3 by an Existing Road, on the NE along lines 3-4-5-6 by an Alley; on the SE along lines 6-7-8 by an Existing Road and along line 8-9 by Lot 20, Swo-41581; on the SW along lines 9-10-11 and SE along lines 11-12-13 by Lot B, Swo-131102-000368 Amd., on the SE along line 13-1 by Lot 14, Swo-41581.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on Plan being N. 73-52'E., 290.21 m. from Triangulation station "HAPPY", Baguio Townsite, thence:

All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearing true. Date of Survey on January 10, 2004 executed by Engr. Reynaldo D. Guives and was approved on October 17, 2008.
