Amending Proc. No. 63 s. 1925 Re: Reserving a Portion of Engineer's Hill, Baguio City as Building Site for DPWH-CAR
Proclamation No. 1807, issued on June 15, 2009, amends Proclamation No. 63 from 1925, which established the Baguio Government Center reservation. It segregates a specific parcel of land located in Residence Section "A", Engineer's Hill, Baguio City, for use as a building site for the Department of Public Works and Highways Cordillera Administrative Region (DPWH-CAR). The designated area covers approximately 6,639 square meters and is subject to any existing private rights. The proclamation was signed by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, following recommendations from the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 63 DATED AUGUST 6, 1925 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE BAGUIO GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION IN RES. SEC. "A", ENGINEER'S HILL, BAGUIO CITY BY SEGREGATING A PORTION THEREOF AND RESERVING THE SAME AS BUILDING SITE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (DPWH-CAR)
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby segregate from the operation of Proclamation No. 63, Series of 1925, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Residence Section "A", Engineer's Hill, Baguio City, Island of Luzon and reserving the same as Building Site for the Department of Public Works and Highways — Cordillera Administrative Region (DPWH-CAR), subject to the private rights, if there be any, covering the land which is more particularly described as follows: TcDIEH

Bounded on the SW along line 1-2 by Session Road (30.00 m. wide); on the NW along line 2-3 by an Existing Road, on the NE along lines 3-4-5-6 by an Alley; on the SE along lines 6-7-8 by an Existing Road and along line 8-9 by Lot 20, Swo-41581; on the SW along lines 9-10-11 and SE along lines 11-12-13 by Lot B, Swo-131102-000368 Amd., on the SE along line 13-1 by Lot 14, Swo-41581.
