AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 803 DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 1991 WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN IN POBLACION, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE, DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO FOR OFFICE, WAREHOUSE, DRIER, AND OTHER FACILITIES SITE PURPOSES OF THE NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY, BY GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF NFA

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by the virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 803 dated September 30, 1991 which reserved certain parcels of land of the public domain located in Poblacion, Compostela Valley Province, Davao del Norte of Mindanao, for office, warehouse, drier, and other facilities site purposes of the National Food Authority (NFA), by granting ownership thereof in favor of NFA subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: DHECac

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 7002-B, Csd-11-005505-D, being a portion of Lot 7002, Csd-2060), situated in Barrio Poblacion, Municipality of Compostela, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded as follows: On the NE., and SE., along lines 3-4-1 by Lot 7002-C, and on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 7002-A, all of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., along line 2-3 by Road. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 36-14 'W., 852.87 m. from B.L.L.M. #1, Csd-282, Compostela Cadastre, thence:

N. 50-34 'W., 100.00 m. to point 2;

N. 44-13 'E., 50.17 m. to point 3;

S. 50-34 'E., 100.00 m. to point 4;

S. 44-13 'W., 50.17 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of FIVE THOUSAND (5,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearing True. Date of original Survey, February 13, 1958, and that of the subdivision survey, executed by Geodetic Engineer Benigno L. Jayectin, September 25, 1978, approved: October 11, 1978.

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 7002-C-1, Csd-11-008178-D, equivalent to Lot 12739, Csd-282, being a portion of Lot 7002-C, Csd 11-005505-D), situated in Barrio Poblacion, Municipality of Compostela, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., and SE., along lines 4-5-6-7-8 by Municipal Road; on the SW., along line 8-1 by Lot 7002-C-2, of the subdivision plan; and along lines 1-2-3 by lot 7002-B, Csd-11-005505-D; and on the NW., along line 3-4 by Dagohoy Street. Beginning at a point marked "1" on Plan being S. 36-14 'W., 852.91 m. from B.L.L.M. #1, Csd-282, Compostela Cadastre, thence:

N. 50-34 'W., 100.00 m. to point 3;

All previous issuance, which are inconsistent with the provision of this proclamation, shall be deemed revoked or amended accordingly.
