AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1384 DATED FEBRUARY 12, 1975 WHICH RESERVED A PARCEL OF LAND IN BARANGAY AMAS, MUNICIPALITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO AS CAPITOL SITE FOR KIDAPAWAN, COTABATO BY GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF COTABATO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 1384 dated February 12, 1975, which reserved a parcel of land for capitol site purposes of Kidapawan, North Cotabato, by granting ownership thereof in favor of the Provincial Government of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: DEScaT

A PARCEL OF LAND (as shown on Plan Pr-12-000001), covered by Presidential Proclamation No. 1384 dated February 12, 1975 situated in the Barrio of Amas, Municipality of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6 by National Highway on the SE., SW., and NW., along lines 6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-1 by Amas Forest Reservation. Beginning at a point marked "1" on the Plan being N. 63-04'W., 1,522.22 meters from B.L.L.M. No. 7, Pls 59; thence:
