AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 882 DATED JULY 28, 2005 TO GRANT OWNERSHIP IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES-DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION OVER A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN BARANGAY CONCEPCION, MUNICIPALITY OF ASUNCION, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, WHICH IS UTILIZED AS SCHOOL SITE BY CONCEPCION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 882 dated July 28, 2005 by granting ownership over a certain parcel of land of the public domain in Barangay Concepcion, Municipality of Asuncion, Province of Davao del Norte, which is utilized as school site by Concepcion Elementary School in favor of the Republic of the Philippines — Department of Education (RP-DepEd), subject to private rights if any there be, which parcel of land is more now particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 1, Cad-927-D, Case 22) situated in Concepcion, Asuncion, Davao del Norte.
