OCA CIRCULAR NO. 88-2021

To properly implement the Vaccination Program of the Judiciary and ensure the sufficiency of vaccines for all justices, judges and court personnel nationwide, more so since those in the A4 Priority Group in the National Capital Region and in the eight (8) identified areas, namely Bulacan, Pampanga, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Metro Cebu and Metro Davao are being inoculated already, ALL first and second level courts, using their respective Philippine Judiciary 365 accounts, shall complete, on or before Friday, 2 July 2021, the survey in the following link:

All judges and court personnel who have not yet been vaccinated and are not registered to be inoculated in the Supreme Court should already register with their respective local government units and wait for their respective schedules.
