Vaccination Against COVID-19
OCA Circular No. 50-2021 outlines the vaccination process for judges and court personnel of the first and second level courts in the Philippines, as they are included in the Priority Group A4 of the National COVID-19 Vaccine Deployment Plan. Those interested in vaccination must submit their personal information to the Office of the Court Administrator by April 22, 2021. If their municipality is not listed, they should select the nearest one for registration. In line with the inclusion of "[f]rontline workers in law/justice, security, and social protection sectors" in Priority Group A4 of the National COVID-19 Vaccine Deployment Plan, all judges and court personnel of the first and second level courts who wish to be inoculated under Priority Group A4 of the Judiciary should submit their names and other personal information no later than 22 April 2021 to the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) using the following link:

If the city or municipality of their place of residence is not included in the drop down of the above link, they can choose the nearest city or municipality from their residence where they intend to register and be inoculated, considering that the inoculation is residence-based. Accordingly, they will have to thereafter register with their respective Local Government Units (LGUs) once their LGUs are accepting registrations for those in Priority Group A4.
To ensure that there will be sufficient supply of vaccines for judges and court personnel interested to be inoculated, the information gathered shall be shared by the OCA with the National Task Force Against COVID-19 and the concerned LGUs, and processed pursuant to the provisions and safeguards provided under R.A. No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
