Grant of Special Privileged Leave during Scheduled COVID-19 Vaccination
OCA Circular No. 66-2021, approved by Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo, grants special privileged leave to justices, judges, and court personnel in the Philippines for their scheduled COVID-19 vaccinations. This leave will not be deducted from their existing leave benefits and is applicable retroactively. OCA CIRCULAR NO. 66-2021
| TO | : | All Justices, Judges, and Court Personnel of the First and Second Level Courts, and Lower Appellate Collegiate Courts |
| RE | : | Grant of Special Privileged Leave during Scheduled COVID-19 Vaccination |
Upon approval of Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo, all justices of the lower appellate collegiate courts, judges of the first and second level courts, and court personnel thereof are granted SPECIAL PRIVILEGED LEAVE on their scheduled days of inoculation of COVID-19 vaccines, which shall not be deducted from any of their existing leave benefits.
This Circular shall apply retroactively.
