Submission of List of All Archived Cases as of 31 January 2023
OCA Circular No. 34-2023 directs all first and second level courts in the Philippines to submit a list of all archived cases as of January 31, 2023, to the Office of the Court Administrator by March 15, 2023. As part of the efforts to monitor the nature and movement of cases filed in all courts nationwide, and in line with the objectives of the Supreme Court's Strategic Plan for Judicial Innovations, there is a need to collect updated data on all archived cases as of 31 January 2023.
Accordingly, all first and second level courts are hereby DIRECTED to submit to the Office of the Court Administrator, on 15 March 2023, a list of all archived cases in your respective courts as of 31 January 2023. Revived cases after 31 January 2023 but before 15 March 2023 shall likewise be indicated in the list.
