Extended Deadline of OCA Circular No. 34-2023 (Re: Submission of List of All Archived Cases as of 31 January 2023)

OCA CIRCULAR NO. 124-2023

 

In OCA Circular No. 34-2023, all first and second level courts were directed to submit to the Office of the Court Administrator on 15 March 2023, a list of all archived cases in their respective courts as of 31 January 2023.

Considering that a substantial number of courts have yet to comply with the aforementioned directive, the period to submit is hereby EXTENDED until 30 April 2023.

The attached form to be downloaded and accomplished shall be accessed thru the OCA website https://oca.judiciary.gov.ph/employee-corner/. Thereafter, the accomplished form shall be submitted using MS Form link https://forms.office.com/r/G5ei8uNzg9 or QR Code below: HTcADC
