In line with the Supreme Court's Strategic Plan for Judicial Innovations which goals and initiatives corollarily seek the prevention of overcrowding and unhealthy jail facilities, there is a need to collect updated data on the number of detainees in provincial jails as of 31 March 2023.
Accordingly, all concerned executive judges and single-sala presiding judges of the Regional Trial Courts with provincial jail/s within their respective areas of administrative supervision are hereby DIRECTED to submit on or before 17 April 2023, the needed data on the number of detainees in provincial jails as of 31 March 2023 by using their respective personal or court PJ365 accounts in ACCOMPLISHING the MS Forms in the following link or QR Code: HTcADC
