Relative to OCA Circular No. 31-2023 dated 26 January 2023 which DIRECTED all judges, clerks of court, and branch clerks of court of the first and second level courts to ACCOMPLISH the SPJI Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey Form, a phase 2 of the subject survey will be conducted with other court personnel as respondents.
In view thereof, all court personnel (except all judges, clerks of court, and branch clerks of court) of the first and second level courts are DIRECTED to ACCOMPLISH, from 13 February 2023 to 22 February 2023 only, the SPJI Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey Form-2 through the link https://forms.office.com/r/DWXTh0SEKG or QR Code:
