RESERVING FOR TOWNSITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MARCOS, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARCOS, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for townsite purposes under the administration of the Municipal Government of Marcos, Province of Ilocos Norte, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future subdivision survey in accordance with a development plan to be approved by the National Planning Commission and to disposition under the provisions of Chapter IX of the Public Land Act, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Marcos, Province of Ilocos Norte, which is more particularly described as follows: aHESCT

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2, by portion of Lot 40-A, Dingras Cad. and along line 2-3, by portion of Lot 40-A, Dingras Cadastre and property of Heirs of Isidoro Peralta (portion of II-6607); and along line 3-4, by property of Valeriano & Domitila Ines (portion of Psu-103148), property of Severo Puruganan and property of Valeriano & Domitila Ines (portion of Psu-103148); on the S., along lines 4-5-6, by property of Heirs of Isidoro Peralta (portion of II-7350); on the W., along lines 6-7-8-9, by Public Land; on the NE., along line 9-10, by property of Heirs of Bernabe Peralta; on the NW., along line 10-11, by property of Heirs of Bernabe Peralta and Heirs of Andres Niño; on the NE., along lines 11-12-13-14, by property of Heirs of Andres Niño, Emiterio Parado and portion of Lot 40-A, Dingras Cad.; and on the E., along line 14-1, by portion of Lot 40-A, Dingras Cadastre.
