Reserving for the BLISS Project Certain Parcels of Land of Public Domain in El Salvador, Misamis Oriental

PROCLAMATION NO. 2157

DECLARING AS A CIVIL RESERVATION FOR BLISS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OF THE MINISTRY OF HUMAN SETTLEMENTS THE PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF EL SALVADOR, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forest Development, concurred in by the Minister of Natural Resources, and pursuant to the Presidential Decree No. 705, otherwise known as the Forestry Code of the Philippines, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for BLISS Development Project of the Ministry of Human Settlements, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that the timber and other forest products found therein will remain under the Forestry Laws and Regulations, the parcel of land of the public domain, situated in the Barrio of Poblacion, Municipality of El Salvador, Province of Misamis Oriental, Island of Mindanao, containing an area of approximately 3.08 hectares, as shown on the attached BFD Map CR-218, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at corner 1, which is 10º54'W, 85.93, meters from BLIM No. 19, Cad. 237, El Salvador, Misamis Oriental, being S. 28º39'E, 79.36 to corner 2;

Thence, S. 43º 45'E,  112.34 meters to corner 3;

Thence, S. 38º 58'W,  113.93 meters to corner 4;

Thence, N. 42º 07'W,  122.36 meters to corner 5;

Thence, N. 35º 41'W,  37.85 meters to corner 6;

Thence, N. 31º 52'W,  57.27 meters to corner 7;

Thence, N. 38º 10'E,  166.66 meters to corner 8;

Thence, N. 39º 16'E,  19.66 meters to corner 9;

Thence, S. 33º 29'E,  92.36 meters to corner 1; the

point of beginning. All corners are indicated in BFD Map CR-218.

The said parcel of land is hereby placed under the administration and control of the Ministry of Human Settlements. aisa dc
