NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated September 4, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 12-4-02-CTA (Re: Request of Presiding Justice Ernesto D. Acosta, Court of Tax Appeals [CTA], for Authority to Use Their Savings from Fiscal Autonomy Account to Pay Their Various Accountabilities). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Fiscal Management and Budget Office, to GRANT the request of CTA Presiding Justice Ernesto D. Acosta for authority to use the savings in the Fiscal Autonomy Account of the CTA for the payment of the following: SIAEHC
(a) pension adjustments of Presiding Judge Alex Z. Reyes (ret.) and Associate Judge Ramon O. de Veyra (ret.) for the period from February 11, 2010 to December 31, 2010;
(b) survivorship pensions of Mrs. Rosa Maria Filler and Mrs. Carmen Constante for the period from February 11, 2010 to December 31, 2010; and
(c) special allowance in an amount equivalent to the Special Allowance for the Judiciary (SAJ) of CTA Executive Clerks of Court III and Chief of Office, Legal and Technical Services, for the months of June to December 2011 and CY 2012." (adv101a)
