ACT NO. 4148
AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-THREE HUNDRED AND NINETEEN, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO REGULATE THE PRIVATE PRACTICE PRIVILEGES OF THE PHYSICIANS IN THE GOVERNMENT SERVICE ATTACHED TO HOSPITALS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE PHILIPPINE HEALTH SERVICE"
SECTION 1. Act Numbered Thirty-three hundred and nineteen, entitled "An Act to regulate the private practice privileges of the physicians in the Government service attached to hospitals under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Health Service" is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, November 28, 1934.
