Declaring Certain Barrios of Echague, Isabela as Regular and Official
Republic Act No. 3319, enacted on June 18, 1961, officially recognizes and declares the barrios of Cebu, Pabel, Gud, Victoria, Gomez, Villaflor, Malibago, Babaran, Sta. Cruz, Rumangsay, San Felipe, Sta. Monica, Ramos, Maligaya, Castillo, San Fabian, Pangal Norte, and Villa Victoria in the Municipality of Echague, Province of Isabela, as regular and official. The Act took effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 30, 1962.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3319
AN ACT DECLARING REGULAR AND OFFICIAL THE BARRIOS OF CEBU, PABEL, GUD, VICTORIA, GOMEZ, VILLAFLOR, MALIBAGO, BABARAN, STA. CRUZ, RUMANG-SAY, SAN FELIPE, STA. MONICA, RAMOS, MALIGAYA, CASTILLO, SAN FABIAN, PANGAL NORTE, AND VILLA VICTORIA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ECHAGUE, PROVINCE OF ISABELA
SECTION 1. The barrios of Cebu, Pabel, Gud, Victoria, Gomez, Villaflor, Malibago, Babaran, Sta. Cruz, Rumangsay, San Felipe, Sta. Monica, Ramos, Maligaya, Castillo, San Fabian, Pangal Norte, and Villa Victoria in the Municipality of Echague, Province of Isabela, are hereby declared regular and official barrios.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
