Batas Pambansa Blg. 723, enacted on April 13, 1984, converts the Ipil-Echague, Jones-Panang-San Agustin provincial road in Isabela into a national road. The funding for its improvement and maintenance will initially come from the lump sum appropriation established under Batas Pambansa Blg. 640 until future appropriations can provide for its maintenance. This Act took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on January 28, 1985.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE IPIL-ECHAGUE, JONES-PANANG-SAN AGUSTIN PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE PROVINCE OF ISABELA INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Ipil-Echague, Jones-Panang-San Agustin provincial road in the Province of Isabela is converted into a national road.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the improvement and maintenance of said road shall continue to be funded out of the lump sum appropriation authorized under Batas Pambansa Blg. 640 for the repair and maintenance of local roads until such time that the maintenance funds for said road shall have been provided for in the succeeding appropriations acts. cdt
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
