REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9196
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CONVERSION OF THE ABUYON-BUENAVISTA ROAD IN BONDOC PENINSULA, ALL IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON, INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT THEREON
SECTION 1. The provincial road connecting the Abuyon-Buenavista Provincial Road, all in the Province of Quezon, which has a length of seventeen (17) kilometers, is hereby converted into a national road.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall include in its program the improvement, maintenance and repair of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. ECcTaS
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
