REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6303
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CATTLE BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MULANAY, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BONDOC PENINSULA BREEDING STATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE
SECTION 1. There is hereby established under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a cattle breeding station in the Municipality of Mulanay, Province of Quezon, to be known as the Bondoc Peninsula Breeding Station.
SECTION 2. The Director of Animal Industry shall appoint such personnel as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said breeding station for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. casia
