An Act Converting the San Narciso Vocational High School in the Municipality of San Narciso, Province of Quezon to Bondoc Peninsula Technological Institute and Appropriating Funds Therefor

Republic Act No. 9156, enacted on August 11, 2001, converts the San Narciso Vocational High School in Quezon Province into the Bondoc Peninsula Technological Institute. The initial funding for this conversion will be drawn from the current appropriation of the former school, with future operational costs included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The law took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on January 21, 2002. Notably, it lapsed into law without the President's signature, in accordance with the Constitution.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9156

AN ACT CONVERTING THE SAN NARCISO VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NARCISO, PROVINCE OF QUEZON TO BONDOC PENINSULA TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The San Narciso Vocational High School in the Municipality of San Narciso, Province of Quezon is hereby converted to Bondoc Peninsula Technological Institute.

SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the San Narciso Vocational High School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Bondoc Peninsula Technological Institute shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. IADCES
