Conversion of Talaba-Summit-Panaon Provincial Road in Quezon Province into a National Road

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9197
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CONVERSION OF THE TALABA-SUMMIT-PANAON PROVINCIAL ROAD, ALL IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON, INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT THEREON
SECTION 1. The provincial road connecting the Talaba-Summit-Panaon Provincial Road in the municipalities of Unisan and Atimonan, all in the Province of Quezon, which has a length of twenty (20) kilometers, is hereby converted into a national road. SEIDAC
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall include in its program the improvement, maintenance and repair of the said roads, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. SDIaHE
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
