Repeal of Act No. 3453
Act No. 3668, enacted on December 8, 1929, repeals Act No. 3453 and restores subsection (g) of Act No. 3427 to its previous form. This restoration is contingent upon the municipality of Dapitan, Zamboanga, refunding all legitimate preliminary expenses incurred by Dipolog or its residents for a hospital project previously addressed by Act No. 3453. The law takes effect immediately upon its approval.

ACT NO. 3668
AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY-THREE AND RESTORE SUBSECTION (g) OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SEVEN
SECTION 1. Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and fifty-three is hereby repealed and subsection (g) of Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and twenty-seven is restored as it was before its amendment by said Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and fifty-three: Provided, That the municipality of Dapitan, Province of Zamboanga, shall refund all preliminary expenses properly and legally incurred so far by the municipality of Dipolog or its inhabitants, by voluntary contributions, for the construction of the hospital referred to in Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and fifty-three. SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
